1. Our products

Connectra builds products that help people connect with intention. Each product has a clearly defined purpose. Compax is strictly for professional networking and mentorship — connecting people with co-founders, mentors, advisors, collaborators, and accountability partners. It is not a dating, romantic, or general social platform.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our products.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login secure.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use a product for any purpose other than its stated one (e.g. using Compax for dating or romantic solicitation).
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions.
• Harass, spam, scam, or solicit other members for unrelated schemes.
• Post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Products may offer free and paid tiers.
• Paid plans are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in-product and may change with notice; locked-in rates (e.g. Compax Founders) are honored.

5. Refunds

Where a product offers a satisfaction guarantee (such as Compax's 30-day match guarantee), we honor it as described in that product. Otherwise, payments for elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable.

6. Connections & interactions

Our products surface potential connections and tools to help you engage. We do not guarantee outcomes, responses, or the conduct of other members. Any interaction or agreement you make with another member is between you and them. Use your own judgment before sharing sensitive information.

7. Intellectual property

Connectra, its products, branding, and software are owned by Connectra Technologies. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and grant us a limited licence to use it to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Connectra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or from interactions between members.
